The private key decrypts the encrypted message with no password required. At the bottom of the message there will be some binary. Convert the binary using cyberchef and you get a password. Maybe you should see if any of the files you were provided with need a password to unzip them?).

go to github.com/lionhearts-zenithcorp. You'll see a CityScaler script called alies.py. Run the script in an online compiler and it'll fail. Use the key from your next steps.txt file (place it in between the quotes of the ACCESS_KEY variable and run it. You'll get your next hint.

Google photomansimon and it'll take you to a flickr page. Go to 'About'. There's a link to Fred's page, so open it and do a CTRL+F for '36'. You'll find an album called 'macao'. So go to: https://enjoyosintdoyou.neocities.org/macau.html

Download roma.jpg and the hint suggests there's exif data. Recommended to use: https://jimpl.com/ to upload the photo for analysis. What month was the photo taken? Enter the month into https://enjoyosintdoyou.neocities.org/level1.html and you'll now end up with a link to level3.html

Go to the homepage of the site and you'll see a comment hidden at the bottom of the page. Return to https://jimpl.com/ and upload roma.jpg again if you have to, and you'll see a comment which is the key to decrypt the ciphertext. Hmm what cipher did I use? be VIGilent.

Using the key from roma.jpg and the text from the hidden comment on the homepage, you'll have found a viginere cipher. Decode in cyberchef and you'll find a new URL to visit: https://enjoyosintdoyou.neocities.org/final_level.

The easiest thing to do is to paste all the questions into chatGPT and take the first letter from every answer and you'll end up with: lionhearts .. enter this into the page and you'll be re-directed to the final level.

You're told to look at alies.py on github. alies is an anagram of a guy's name. answer: elias. Type it in to final_level.html and ZenithCorp will reveal they've intercepted the message and reveal that you've been working for them this whole time, trying to track down Elias Thorn via the breadcrumbs before turning him in to Zenith Corp.
